A 20x20 tent takes about 1 hour for two crew members. Larger tents (30x60, 40x80) take 2–4 hours. We schedule setup the day before so you can decorate.

Our tents are rated for moderate weather. We monitor forecasts and may reschedule or modify setup if winds exceed 25 mph or severe storms are expected.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for weekends and 3+ months for holidays. Last-minute is sometimes possible — call us to check.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes — a 25% deposit holds your date. The balance is due the day before delivery.
What’s your cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least 7 days before your event for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the deposit but no other charges apply.
Is delivery and setup included?+
Yes. Our team delivers, sets up, and tears down every rental at no extra charge within our service area.
